Terms and conditions

By booking a group course you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set out below. Booking is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions. A booking is not transferable to another person.

Confirmation of booking

Confirmation of booking and how to join details is sent via email. Please check this before the course start time to make sure you have these. Booking confirmation will be received by the email provided. If you do not receive the confirmation booking within twenty-four hours please email on pembrokeshirestudio@gmail.com

Copyright and intellectual property rights

All courses and handouts are copyrighted by Pembrokeshire Studio and may not be shared or reproduced without written permission. All rights reserved. When booking a course, you promise not to share, sell, publish, translate, copy or otherwise distribute to any third parties.

Code of conduct

This code of conduct is part of the general terms and conditions that you accept when you enrol.

You commit to conduct yourself in a professional, lawful manner when attending a course.

Inappropriate language or subject content during any communication with Belinda at Pembrokeshire Studio or the other students will not be tolerated and will result in termination of tuition.

Accounts

When purchasing a course, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission.

Waiver of liability

Pembrokeshire Studio will not be held responsible for any loss, damage to any personal items, equipment failure or any other situation reasonably beyond our control. We will not be held responsible for any personal injury or accident. Students enter into any activities at their own risk.

Any advice provided are guidelines only, Pembrokeshire Studio will not be held responsible for any action taken.

Complaints

Photography Course Online treats all complaints seriously. Should you have a perceived complaint please notify us by email on pembrokeshirestudio@gmail.com and we will endeavour to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

Payment and pricing

You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment for those fees.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method.

Where appropriate, all taxes are included in the prices displayed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

The tuition fee does not cover any materials or equipment you may need.

Equality & Diversity

We have a strict Equality & Diversity Policy for enrolment and never discriminate against students on the basis of gender, ethnic origin, race, religion, age, disability or sexual preference.

Bullying or harassment is not permitted and such behaviour will result in suspension from tuition with Pembrokeshire Studio.

Students must respect the equality and diversity when interacting with fellow learners and tutor.

Please notify at the time of booking of any disability requirements you may need. If you are unsure if a course or location is suitable for you please discuss this before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the UK means that you waive your cancellation right once you have attended any of your lessons or failed to give two weeks’ notice. Cancelation via email is accepted as a formal written request for cancellation.

Mailing list

When enrolling on any of our courses you agree to be part of our mailing list. Our mailing list is solely used for our sites (photographycourseonline.co.uk and pembrokeshirestudio.co.uk) this is not passed on to any other platform. However, if you do not wish to be part of that list please email on pembrokeshirestudio@gmail.com
